I brought my nephew and so the pool was a big draw. It was open even though the weather was pretty mixed. Just make sure you wear slippers/flip flops when they don’t have sun umbrellas up as there are loads of holders built into the floor which are easy to trip over - my nephew cut his toe quite badly on a metal one but the reception team were helpful with a first aid kit and directions to the pharmacy. The pool is very warm and we enjoyed spending time here after our days out in the city. We loved the hotel - the team were really lovely arranging us an early check in and a later check out due to our flight times. They were always helpful with any questions or requests. The breakfast had plenty of choice and not too busy when we went. Decent coffee as well! We ate in the restaurant for a quick lunch a couple of times. Nice burger and toasted sandwiches. The location is away from the main sights but in just a short walk you can visit the Botanical Gardens and a lovely viewpoint in the Eduardo VII park. On arrival (after a quick swim!) we took the Tuk Tuk tour - there are various options and the hotel covered 30mins free as well were staying 3 nights. We took a short trip (1hr) through Alfama and up to a great view point. The driver was really friendly and took some photos of us which was lovely. The 24 Tram starts/terminates just round the corner (5-10 min walk) although they don’t seem to run to any particular timetable. But we caught the tram back from the centre a couple of times. It’s not the mega crowded route so we got to ride the tram but without the stress. Also buses went to the same stop. We also found a nice ramen restaurant close to the hotel. It was a really nice neighbourhood (even Ronaldo thinks so 😜). Bolt (like Uber) was super convenient, fast and pretty cheap for other rides to/from the hotel. We never waited more than about 5 minutes or paid more than 10 euro (and that was for longer rides to Belém and Oceanarium).

The Lux Lisboa Park team is fantastic! We couldn't ask for anything they wouldn't have given us! We asked for a quiet room so we could relax, and we got it, the balcony overlooked the inner courtyard! There was cleaning every day, the cleanliness was exceptional. The breakfast was plentiful, varied and very delicious. The hotel is in a very good location, a few minutes walk from Praça do Marquês de Pombal square, from where you can travel around Lisbon by blue and yellow metro and many buses. I would like to share another very nice gesture with everyone! At the beginning of our full-day trip to Sintra, something broke in the tour guide's car, so our day started an hour and a half late! The receptionist said that they would compensate us for the delay! In the evening, when we got home, a very delicious wine and fruits were prepared in the room. However, the accompanying card is what really touched us, we have never encountered such a gesture before! Someone from the Team took the trouble to hand-write the apology in HUNGARIAN, our language, FANTASTIC! We will return to Lisbon sometime, but we will only stay here at the Lux Lisboa Park Hotel!

The staff were very helpful if you had any questions, needed tips, or needed anything, and were very friendly and chatty. We had a special occasion and the staff had left lovely treats in our room for this which was very kind. We loved the free snacks and beverages in the room too, which made our stay more convenient. The breakfast was very tasty and had a good selection, loved the fresh juices and the pastel del natas. It was amazing to go up to the pool and jacuzzi when it opened at 8am on such a sunny day and enjoy a very calm swim to myself. The reception helped us a lot with rental cars and gave us a discount, and were really helpful with restaurant tips. The location is a bit out of the city centre but we didn't mind the walk in as we could see more of Lisbon. It was around 15 minutes walk to reach it, and if you wanted to reach the main square by the water around 30 minutes. A pleasant and comfortable stay in a modern hotel. Thank you!

We are really happy with our stay at Lux Lisboa Park hotel. The area is local residental so its nice and quiet. Rooms are wonderful, with seperate room for shower and toilet. Beds were fine and the bonus point is the balcony. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices. One of the main reasons for chosing this hotel was the rooftop pool with sunbathing area and a nice bar. Fantastic place. The service was wonderful. Specially at the rooftop bar and during breakfast. A wonderful hotel that would be even more special if this was an adult only hotel as there were moments when a group of parents were not thinking about other guests and taking care about their kids (shouting). But overall a great place.

Great experience and location, close to Amoreiras and walking distance to downtown if you don't mind walking 15-30 minutes. We booked a premium room on the top floor with easy access to the pool area and gym. We traveled with a small child, and though it was not child friendly in terms of play areas etc., it worked well for us. The breakfast was varied with great service. Staff were very friendly and helpful in reception, at breakfast and in the restaurant, especially the head bartender. It was not peak season so not very busy, which we appreciated. The room was nice and beds were comfortable.
